Overview
Sotera Health, a global provider of sterilization solutions, lab testing, and advisory services, wanted to better understand its place in the market and the pain points experienced by their clients. Robots & Pencils conducted deep research into the experiences of both Sotera’s clients and their employees.
My Role
I worked closely with the lead UX researcher to synthesize and visualize the data collected, in the form of personas. Each persona was its own individual asset, but we focused on keeping the information in modular blocks, to make it easier to break out relevant sections and place them into presentations for various stakeholders.
